Work-Out


Why do you work out?

There was a time I stopped working out completely. I was working and barely had time to feed properly so I lost weight. Then, I stopped working out because I didn’t want to disappear.

I had to run a distance one day and I ran out of breath so quickly; I was panting real bad… that was when I knew that I had to resume my workout.

My workout routine is not intense at all. Just mostly simple anaerobic exercises, skipping and once in a while; jugging. 
I think it is solely dependent on my mood though. Whatever I am in the mood for, is what I do. No trainers, gym or large equipment that give you a
