Gender inequality or something else?

Hello people!

Today is Thursday!
I don't know why I am screaming about that but, we are happy to be alive.

Few days ago, I came across a post on eonline.com, Emma Watson talked about "Gender Equality".
The first thing I said was "GO GIRL"

To all those twerps (oops!) out there sending threats and stupid messages to people with great purpose and ambition because they are ladies, (E.G Emma) BACK OFF!

Anyway, they are just retarded human beings (oops!) living in the 19th century.
I just can't fathom why a human being in this 21st century, this information age will act like that.
I don't get it.

Any way, I like to think big.
So
,
I took a good look at the situation.

We have been fighting for gender equality since I can remember and, I think we have that to a reasonable level.

I mean, let's look at it.
In the workplace today, Ladies hold positions higher than that of some men.
we have female Senators, Governors, Ministers, Prime ministers and even Presidents.
We handle the bills when we go out with our male friends sometimes.
Yeah! Sometimes, they even say "the bill's on you girl".

There are families in which the financial back-bone is the woman.
Hey! men rule the world but, women rule the men right?

So, the question is; What kind of equality are we asking for?

With the level of equality we have, are we really asking for more? Are we seeking to sit on the moon or what?
Don't hate me yet!

That being said, I am not saying we should not fight for anything, 

I'm just saying.... What if we are neglecting a more severe problem?

Definitely, These people sending threats to people that address gender issues online must be in a civilized environment but they still aint buying the whole "gender equality" thing.

So, what if the problem isnt that they didn't get the message?
Oh! Wait! they got the message.
The problem is, they do not accept it.
Why?
simple!
It is because of the way they think, their thoughts, believes, culture, tradition  and all that bla bla shit!

There are places where women have no say, Where women are being treated like sheep and properties.
There are places where women are being controlled and beaten like they are not human beings.
Some of such places are not developed in any manner, some of such places are remote areas with people that have no social insight and possibly, No "SOCIAL MEDIA" of any kind. Extremely poor communities.
How then do we preach gender equality to the people in such situations and people in such places?

They wouldn't even understand social equality because of the way they think.

Therefore, we should be looking for a permanent solution not a temporary one.
Why don't we change the way they think? Since the problem is the way they think, let us change it.

Yeap! Totally possible.

We have to start from somewhere.
 Yes, it is a lot of work so we need a lot of hands.

We have to win the government of these affected areas, make them buy this idea of change showing them the positivity in that, then penetrate the smaller communities using their community leaders.

Educate community leaders, who will then educate the members of the community.
Leadership by example right?
Let us change their mind-set.

Why not?

This is something I will like to do in future, when I have the power and resources.
Do not wait for me!

Who knows, we could easily set up a big organization with such goals and objectives.
I mean, think about it, If people's thoughts could change, a lot of things will change.

This world will be a better place to live in.
